Prime Recognition’s High Accuracy OCR Engine, PrimeOCR, is a software program that runs on Win95, 98, 2000 and NT based systems. The Prime Recognition software will recognize text in 11 languages and utilizes up to 6 OCR engines to “vote” on the identity of every character to produce an OCR result up to 82% more reliable than the Kofax Ascent OCR engine. PrimeOCR offers the benefits of unlimited PDF file creation, significantly reduced character errors, and superior format and page layout retention. Additionally, released documents are automatically named and filed using Kofax index field values.
